At Lolahhairs , we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process.  

Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders begin processing immediately after payment is confirmed.  
- Standard orders are shipped out the next working day.  
- Custom orders may require additional processing time.
- Orders may be shipped from the UK or our processing centres overseas.  

It takes us an average of 3-4 working days to process orders allow a few more for custom orders.

Please allow another 1-2 working days for shipping on all orders within the uk.

Shipping times varies from 3-5 working days for international orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK, USA & Europe: 3-5 working days
• Nigeria, Ghana & South Africa: 5-7 working days
• Rest of the world: 5-10 working days
 

Customs & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival in the destination country.  
- Customers are responsible for covering any customs charges that may apply. Lolahhairs  is not liable for any additional fees imposed by local customs authorities.
